After the success of creating the highly sought after “Entre Sueños Experience” limited ticketed event, Chef Stephen Sandoval launches a 6 month Baja marsicos pop-up concept at Soho House Chicago. The dishes and spirits feature ingredients from California, Mexico, Spain, and Argentina.

The menu features a wide variety of fresh seafood offerings, including raw oysters, tostadas, fish tacos and octopus.
Sunday Melodies Brunch will expand the lunch menu to offer a variety of Mexican breakfast offerings inspired by Chef Sandoval's late grandmother.
The Bar Program — led by Danielle Lewis, will not only compliment the Pacific cuisine, but also highlight Chef Sandoval’s culinary journey by including spirits and ingredients from California and Latin America. Beverages are a variety of Mezcal cocktails and various Mexican beers to fit atmosphere will be hip, energetic, yet casual vibe.
Guests can expect twists on drinks like sangria, margaritas, and Argentina’s classic Fernet and Coke. Local performing artist and DJs will be there to spice up the mood along with your margaritas.
